Limburger Ashley Morgan ging lange tijd door het leven als LTGL. Hij was een van de grootste Belgische hypes, werd gedraaid door Gilles Peterson en Lefto en kreeg steun van The Gaslamp Killer. Hij koos resoluut zijn eigen pad, breidde zijn skills uit en deejayde bij Dvtch Norris en Blu Samu. Maar Morgan is terug met een eigen geluid, ergens tussen hiphop, electronica en bedroom pop.

Ashley Morgan, anciennement connu sous l’alias LTGL, s’éloigne du format standardisé du hip hop et produit un résultat frais, bourré d’expérimentations sonores. Après s’être produit dans des grands festivals belges (Pukkelpop, Dour & Horst), à Eurosonic, au Low End Theory de Los Angeles et même dans une des boules de l’Atomium (boiler room), il est tout à fait prêt pour Deep in the Woods.
